Clients in different provinces, countries or over seas we usually arrange a Skype meeting to talk to Adam and the DJ before the event.

Adam will always be available to you prior to your function to discuss music selections and coordinate the your needs for the event. This will allow our DJ to focus on the itinerary of your function while you sit back and enjoy it.
The DJ should do more than just play music and should be prepared to handle any announcements and special events throughout your event. There are many options for specialty games and crowd participation dances which can enhance any event. Whether you prefer wild or mild, you should be able to decide exactly how interactive the entertainment will be before the event takes place. We will handle all announcements and introductions as per the clients request. If any additional MC duties are required we would recommend our professional MC.
It is important that your DJ looks the part by dressing in formal of semiformal attire (dependant on event type). Be sure to specify the type of apparel that your DJ should use. There should be no added fee charged for formal attire. Our DJs will be professionally dressed for any event.
It is important for your DJ to know exactly what type of musical preferences and entertainment needs you have for your event. They should be willing to listen to your ideas and suggestions. They should make themselves available prior to your event to discuss selections. Punctuality is a necessity, and as professionals they should be aware of their responsibilities to their clients. Normal time spent setting up and removing equipment is a part of the entertainment fee. We will arrive early enough to setup all equipment well before start time.
It is extremely important to have your booking confirmed in writing. All terms of the agreement should be in writing to avoid any complications at a later date. Our contract is online and already in your client site along with invoices and your questionnaire.
Insurance is part of any legitimate business to protect yourself, your guests and the DJ company you choose. Additionally, some venues are requiring entertainers to provide proof of liability insurance before they can work at the venue. We are fully licensed and insured.
We require a 25% deposit in order to save your date on our calendar. You can make this payment through online banking or Paypal.
Everything is available to fill out within your client site. Once your contract is signed and finish with your deposit payment, you will have your client site to work use right up until your event. You simply only need to login to your client site to view our “General Information Form”, “Contract” and “Questionnaire”.
